1 Day old chick

My hen hatched 2 chicks, with a heat lamp I assisted in 1 more, she took it under her wing early but after a few hours deserted it, looks like it is barely hanging on. We have been water feeding it and it perks a little. What else can I do it is maybe 12 hours old now
