1 day old duck, not using right leg or opening eyes

I’ve had 2 ducklings hatch from my 6 eggs, originally 8 eggs. The first one that hatch yesterday, winston has a lame leg and hasn’t opened it’s eyes really. It just drags one leg curled up. The other duckling only hatch an hour ago and is up and well. What could this be? Thank you

it can hold its head up but doesn’t try to use that leg really
