1 day old....not walking. please help. looks twisted?

Hatched on day 23 by itself. I thought it was fine when it hatched, but when I went to go check on it this morning, it is laying on its side and doesn't seem to be able to get up. Please help.

Is it able to hold its legs together? If not you could try to hook them together. Look up things on splayed legs.

Give it a few drops of sugar water or honey water. Nurtidrench if you have it.
I'm with @Yardmom on this one, it's possible your click has spraddle leg

Some close-up photos of the chick and its legs would help a ton, as it's hard to tell if your chick has a spraddle leg from the photo.

many chicks are very tired after hatching as well, and it can take a couple of days to start bopping around.
If your chick can hold its legs together I would say it is just resting, and I would check on it in a couple of hours to see if it is walking around a bit.
If it looks lethargic I would give some sugar water, and if it has a spraddle leg you can treat it with the method in the link above.

I don't think it's sprayed legs. It's neck seems to be twisted....wry neck maybe. I'm giving it vitamin e and nutridrench, but he's not looking good. :-(
