I'm excited and nervouse. This is my first hatch and was wondering if they should be chirping they are on day 20. When will they start pipping I started with 8 eggs and now have only 2 left due to not getting a steady temp in the beginning but 2 baby eggs made it and I am scared they are not ok because I have not heard or seen anything the temp has held steady at 99 for about 15 days now and humidity is 68 are they ok???

Most likely, I usually hear peeping around day 20 and the eggs begin wiggling. I usually see external pips on day 21, but it all depends on the tempatures as far as when they will hatch. Is your incubator still air, or forced air with a fan? If it's forced air, than 99 is almost right on, if it's still air, than your tempatures should have run about 101 degrees. If your tempatures ran low by even one degree (thermometers can be off) than your hatch could be delayed by 1 or 2 days, same goes the opposite. If tempatures run high, they'll hatch a day or 2 sooner. I've had some chicks hatch on day 25, so don't worry too much. Did you candle before lock down?

Yes I candled them air sack looked good looked like fully developed chicks I have a forced air incubator. We made it out of a cooler but as worked great at holding humidity and temperature I think I'm just worried for nothing it will probably do something soon I don't know if I will be able to sleep tonight. It is crazy how you worrie over these eggs. Between me and my husband I'm the worst but he's not far behind Thanks for the encouragement I'll update when something happens.
