Curly Toe Paralysis. It's Riboflavin Deficiency. It's pretty straightforward with treatment.
Currently treating a couple hens with this. One's about 99% recovered, the second is taking awhile because her treatment got delayed because I ran out of B2 supplement.

I give 1 pill 2 times a day.

She's not dying, & I've had naturally dying chickens, never once did they have curled toes.
