Up for auction is a dozen lavender Orpington eggs from the original Jodi Henkle lines.
I have had over a 95% hatch rate here at home and the lavender chicks are just about the cutiest things in the world! (Had one develop, pip, but not hatch.)
These are big healthy birds as I am working on the Orpington body type. I bought two dozen hatching eggs in the very beginning and only the VERY best hens and the best roo are used as breeding stock. The others are beautiful lawn pets.
