1 Drake for 7 Hens...will it work? (Muscovy)

Since i got my new duckies, I now have:

Blue Drake Sidney & 7 Hens for him

Chocolate Drake Angus & 6 Hens for him

Are these amount of hens to 1 drake each going to work well? I wasn't planning on keeping or getting anymore Drakes but if this is too many girls then I will just have to i guess.

...I just HATE seeing a momma hen with a nest full of 'bad' eggs. saddest thing in the world

I know what ya mean

but yeah. Im sure it will work, I was told by a friend of mine that knows a big breeder that he has one drake to ten hens and has NO problem with fertile eggs.
