My chickens are about 3 months old, Is it normal for them all to be getting along?? I have heard some horror stories of picking on one or another !!

If they were all raised together then yes, it is completely normal. Try adding a new hen or two to an established flock and then the fun will begin.

I mean that's when you will start to see the established flock picking on the newcomers and trying to prevent them access to food/water/roosts etc.
