1 month old chick with an out turned leg and both legs are also splayed! Please help!!

Alright, I have a 1 month old chick that I got for free today. His legs are splayed and the right one is almost or all the way turned out to the right. Is there anything I can do to help him or fix him to the best I can.

The best thing to do it make a brace with like a band-aid and tape the two legs together. This way they can learn the straighten out. Besides that, there's nothing you can do...:/
