These tail feathers on Peepy are almost nonexistent... Does that mean roo or just a weird genetic thing with easter eggers?

They look great. I had purchased 2 1wk old EE "pullets" and 1 turned out to be a rooster. I believe the best way to tell which is a rooster is by the comb. There should be more bumps and those being more pronounced, early than the hens. Also watch as roosters combs get red before the hens. My EE hen didn't lay for 7 months, and her comb didn't get red until just before.
