1 of my chickens are getting agressive.

today i let the chickens out, when 1 of them started fighting all of my other chickens. could someone tel me why dis is happening..? Is this Normal..?

She's probably trying to move up the ranks of the pecking order. It is normal.

She's not broody is she? Is she walking around with her feathers all fluffed up? My broody hen is now starting fights with the hens she used to get along with.
