when are the other slackers going to start?

I thought they were all the same age, 17 weeks. My 1 started two weeks ago. Is it normal for them to be so spread out?

I should think that the different mature rates are normal. People physically mature at different rates too... remember middle school oh boy was that an awkward stage for everyone. Voices changing... hair... other issues lol.
I've read on here that some pullets have even waited 8 months before but I think that situation is pretty rare and hope that won't be the case.
Very exciting though!

I have 1 out of six laying. They are almost twenty weeks. Black sex links. Right now I have one layer and 5 fryers.
