1 out of 3 hens are laying

i have three hens and I see that only the Rhode Island Red is laying an egg. I have two others, an Australorp and a Barred Rock and it doesn’t seem like they are laying eggs. The Australorp and Barred Rock were around 5.5 weeks back in April when I got them and I think they should be laying by now. However, I read that some breeds lay late. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you!

They all start laying at different times: my BR didnt start laying till a week ago! (born March 3rd)

The first egg is always a waiting game....When they start squatting and scratching in the nesting boxes, it is very close!

I have an EE, BA, BR and SS. The EE started laying at around 18 weeks, BR at about 20 weeks. My BA and SS not yet and they are both almost 22 weeks. The BA is squatting now and interested in the nests so probably anytime. SS not even remotely interested but she has always been slow to mature. It will happen sooner or later
