I personally would keep with a non medicated grower food until all 4 are laying but add oyster shell on the side. Once all four are laying you can go ahead and use up whatever you have left of the grower and then switch to a layer.

They don't need to change to layer the minute they lay an egg. They have plenty of calcium in their bodies as young layers and can go several months without supplemental calcium.
 
Yep, no rush. I used an all-flock feed until all of mine were laying. I had some that were super late to start so that meant many months of all-flock for the earlier layers. No big deal. I just put a cup of oyster shell in the run (attached it to the fencing so it doesn't get spilled or pooped in) and those that needed it ate it. Easy-peasy.
