1 pullet laying at 14 week what to feed

i have 9 pullets 3- easter eggers 2-silver lace wynadottes 2- salmon favorelles 1- production black and 1- red sex link they are all about 14 weeks old. the red sex link started laying last friday not sure what to feed. is it ok to give all pullets laying pellets or should i wait to start the pellets. her egg shell is good and hard

You could offer free choice oyster shells, so your one layer has access to extra calcium. I have read that layer feed is not the best for pullets not yet laying (too much calcium can cause problems).
