1 week 1 day old baby Andalusian with big belly.

Someone please help. One of our baby chicken has an enlarge belly. The lower belly area near the butt. The area is so enlarge, when I washed off stick on poop. I could see the intestine. I know, we only had her for a week, but we don't want to lose her. Please help.
