1 week old baby with really runny poo, Need advice!

I noticed this morning one of my little ones has very runny, smelly poo. I have a tsp./ quart Org. Unfiltered ACV in the water, she is on med. Nature Wise starter (mash), and eating well. They temp is between 92-95. I gave her a little Organic yogurt (vanilla which is all I had) a few minutes ago. I am concerned, and wondering if there is anything else I could do for her, or if I am being a little over protective?? She is up and acting well, but I just want to be sure.

dont sweat it, if she doesnt want to eat or drink and is sleepin all the time, then be worried

Are you sure it isn't just one of her cecal poops?

Yes, It's every one. It is very runny. Has been all day.

Update. I went outside way in our back and got some really fine sand together. I sprinkled it on their food and now her poop is fine.
