1 week old Barred Rock - Is it a roo?

Update! Here are pics of the chick in the first post. He/she is now 4 weeks and 2 days. The comb is starting to look pretty pink to me!

Are we still thinking pullet, or should I be looking for a new home for him (we can't have roosters in my city).

Whichever of your barred rocks have tails are pullets regardless of the redness of the comb

I am sorry but at 4 weeks, pretty sure that is a Rooster. The comb and wattles are pretty red, in addition the barring is pretty light and the tail is too short.

Yes it's a roo for two reasons: first the comb is large, second his feathering is lighter than the other one
