1 week old chick keeping head under chest

I have a week old buff orpington chick who was acting fine yesterday. Now today she keeps her head under her chest. I picked her up and got her to drink some water, but even in my hand she kept her head under her chest. She can't control where in the brooder she is as she isn't walking. Any ideas on what this is? And what to do for her?
 
A picture may help. It sounds like wry neck (also called start gazing, encephalomalacia, crook neck, or torticolis) and can be caused by a vitamin deficiency in new chicks. In older chickens, it can be from head injuries to diseases causing brain inflammation. Put some chick vitamins in her water, or get some PolyVisol without iron baby vitamins, and give her 2 drops daily by mouth. Vitamin B1, E, and selenium are the important ones. Selenium is found in raw or cooked egg. She may need help eating and drinking for awhile. Here is some info:
