1 week old chick with red sore vent area

What can I do for this chick? This morning 7am ish all looked good and when I checked them again around 4pm 2 of them had red sore vents.

I had a couple of chicks with pasty butt but I cleaned them and they were all looking ok now.

I've separated the 2.

This is the worst one. Sorry the pics aren't the best.

Are these the same two that had pasty butt and were cleaned? If so, their wet behinds could have attracted the interest of the others and they got pecked. Could have also irritated their little behinds when cleaning off the pasty poop. In any event, it looks to me as if the others have pecked them. They always go for the vent.

Looks like they are getting pecked. Can you seperate them, somehow? Is it bloody or just red?
