Hello,
I picked up my 8 chicks at the feedstore on Tuesday, who were hatched the Friday before. They were all happy and spry when we put them in the box to take home. Later that day, I noticed the fluff around one of the chick's eyes was wet. Her eye looked like there was a film over it of some sort. While is has gotten a little better over 2 days, it is not 100 percent. She is otherwise running around and happy, although she seems quite smaller than the rest. She is a cochin.
Has anyone had this happen to such a young chick? Is there anything I could do to help her??
Thanks, Sally
