1 week old cochins

I just got 2 1 week old cochins and was wondering what "treats" they can have. I am feeding them medicated feed but would like to make them very tame. Is there anything that I can offer them to get them real used to people and eating out of your hand?

I have 10x three week old Cochins that I hatched and I don't give them treats yet. They have gotten used to me as I feed them and water them twice a day. I just talk to them and put my hand in the brooder and pat them at least twice a day and they have gotten used to me. I also take them out and sit on the floor with me. Cochins are awesome birds and it shouldn't take them long to get used to you even without treats.
