Pictured is a 1 week old chick from my mutt Olive Egger rooster and a Red Sexlink hen. Every time I've hatched an egg from this combination, the boys come out white, and the girls black. I'm wondering if this one is different based on the wings. I'm definitely not a wing sexing expert. There is another white one that hatched on the same day, and it's wings are very short like a male as I would expect. Could this be a hen, or not?

Wing sexing could be considered an art not a science, but it's primarily considered to be old wives tales.
It also has to be done in the first 3 days.
Wait a few weeks and wait for comb and wattles
