I have two adorable baby Pygmy goats that made one week old Friday. I've had them since day one when their mom died giving birth to the third baby. I have been giving them fresh goats milk and I was told to feed them 3oz 4X a day. But researching I found so many different feeding charts. I bumped them up to 4 ounces when they were a week old. They seem to be doing great, gaining weight and very energetic. Should I be feeding them more?

I am also feeding two tiny Pygmy goats babies born on Saturday, so 1 day younger than yours. I also was a little confused by the different feeding suggestions, so I've been feeding 4x per day as much as they want in a feeding, which has been about 3-4 oz each. Both are very happy, not crying and jumping and playing, so I think they are doing fine. Here is a picture of them. The 3rd, bigger one is 8 weeks old and weaned.

Better to underfeed than overfeed. Overfeeding kills. Your baby will let you know if it's not happy with the amount it's getting; starving babies don't play. You're probably doing fine.
