1 week old Show Girls with a Broody Hen?

Hello Chicken Tenders!

I have a question. I am going to pick up 2 Show Girl chicks this morning. The are 1 week old. I have a broody Barred Rock. Do you think I can put the chicks with her or are they too old? I have no experience with this part. Will the others beat up on the chicks if I put them with her? Or is it safer to just put them in a brooder?

Never mind. I am putting them in a brooder.

Yeah, I forgot about that part. My brain first when to ... "oh they will be really small still" but then I realized they are too old.
