1 y/o hen sleeping standing up

Fresh poop from Ginger. (Sorry for all the poop photos!) She almost seemed startled when she did it. Not sure if that helps or she's just odd.

I just checked her all over as best I could and haven't found any unusual bumps or bulges. Her vent looks fine, albeit small and maybe more tucked in than usual? I did have to go internal yesterday so that could be a contributing factor? I want to double check her for mites, but I dont want to disturb her right now because she is resting normally... Which I suppose is good, but very very confusing.

Ginger made it through the night and is more alert than yesterday, walking around the cage and looking around everywhere. She has several poops in the cage that are white and maybe slightly watery (they're dried now) I'll post them if that helps. I gave her scrambled egg which she ate about half of so far. She is drinking (Corid water) on her own. Thinking of giving her an Epsom salt bath just in case (and perhaps for some pampering and comfort for spending the first night alone)

I just don't know what's wrong?

Am I seeing tape worm segments in this top picture?

I'm really not sure - I tried getting a good look at it but it almost looks like small dried corn bits. She has had tape segments which is why I had her on Equimax along with her flock-mates. I just dosed them their 2nd round this past Wednesday.

She's currently squawking from the basement - which I guess is better than her silent statue self from yesterday. I'm about to feed her baby food with some crushed tums for calcium, and will try to get some food in her as well.

My 1-week old chick slept standing up after it got accidentally overheated. Not sure why, but I thought I'd tell you. :)

Thanks @BYCforlife I'm not sure what is wrong with her. It could've been the heat, we had lots of seasonably cool days for awhile and then just got hit with 90 degrees. But she did not have her wings drooped or beak open panting. Could also be cocci being stubborn. Or she could be egg-bound.

Wish I could help, but I'm not sure what's going on. Just wanted to say you're doing the best thing by keeping her isolated and monitoring her. Sometimes we just have to wait. Hope she does better!

Thank you @AnneInTheBurbs I'm not sure either. Just watching & waiting. She ate all of the baby food + crushed tum mix. I just gave her a warm bath in hopes that if she happens to be egg-bound (another potential issue after reading symptoms), that'll help loosen her up. *deep sigh*

I gave her a warm bath an hour ago, and no egg. I read to continue doing this until she lays (if she is actually eggbound)

I also just noticed that her tail seems crooked? It's pointing off to the left in this photo.

She is still dozing off on her feet here and there, but is definitely more alert than yesterday so I guess that's an improvement. Still stumped on what her problem is...

Any advice/help is greatly appreciated.

Well Ginger is still here and pretty perky and acting normal. Poop is normal. No egg, but she's been on an egg strike for some time. Maybe it was just the heat. I feel like I should put her back? My whole flock was exposed to cocci already so I don't see much of a risk of reintroducing her if that's the case, correct me if I'm wrong.

I just don't know if I should put Corid in the water again for my whole flock, since Ive been giving her Corid for 2 days?

Daily poop picture. She just took these within a minute or so span.

She gets startled each time she poops - not sure if that's a thing or she's just weird.

She was just preening. Now she's standing and sleeping, or playing possum.

Feeling slightly crazy and frustrated here. :barnie

How many chickens do you have? I would at least let her free range with the other chickens for an hour or two before they go to roost, so they don't forget her. If they are out of the flock too long, they may get attacked when returning. When she gets on the roost, put her in her cage with food and Corid water. Her poops look to have a bit of mucus in them, probably from her intestinal illness, the worm and cocci treatment, etc. Can you give her a tsp of plain probiotic yogurt mixed into a little food and water daily?
Her crop in her pictures looks a bit full, so can you check it in early morning before she has eaten to see if it has emptied, and is not puffy or firm? I would probably stop the baths since you cannot feel an egg.
