1 year old chicken comb and egg

Hi i have a chicken that we found alone in the streets when it was maybe a few days old, she is a year old now and her comb has started to grow and her wattles is that normal is that okay ?? Also the very next day of us noticing that she lay a completely white egg is that normal, does she have problems with her growth ??
