One of my hens is about 1 year and 4 months old. She hatched in May 2014 and is an Orpington. She did not start laying until spring of this year and when she was laying it was maybe 2 eggs a week and she only laid for about one or two months then stopped and hasn't laid since.
Also, her eggs always had a blood smear on them. I know that is normal at first when they start laying but wanted to make note.

My other laying hens are all laying just find. I feed layer crumbles, they free range, and I provide oyster shell.

I did find a roundworm in one of my chicken's poop so I am in the process of trying to find a good dewormer to worm the whole flock (about 30).

What could be a reason that she is no longer laying??
She acts fine other than the fact that she has always been sneezy and congested sounding, which here lately has gone away.

**Also I think my yard has Marek's in it since I had a bunch of chickens die this Spring (probably around 20 or so). Not sure if that would affect laying, although like I said my other laying hens are laying no problem.

Sounds like she has some malfunction in the egg laying equipment...hard to say exactly why, could be a genetic malfunction/malformation or something in connection with the other health issues you are experiencing.

Since you free range she could be laying out in the range area somewhere, part or all of the time....
.....have you ever confined them(or her) for a few weeks to see if that ups your egg count?

Sometimes there are no finite answers.

I need to keep them locked up for a day or two here soon because we have a bunch that are of laying age but we haven't been getting many eggs. Thanks
