1 year old hen

I have a young Lavender Orpington hen who has a soft sack inside of her hanging in between her legs. She’s not active and has been eating & drinking. She also has a poopy but and her poop now looks normal. I have her separated from the others in a dog crate She’s been in there for two days and has not laid. HELP!!!!
