One year old Swedish Flower Hen Rooster. These chickens are a rare breed in the U.S. imported from Sweden from Green Fire Farms in Florida. Our rooster is from that stock. He is healthy and a good protector of his hens. We are trying to breed our flock with a different rooster so he is the "third wheel" and needs a new home. Swedish flower hens are a landrace of chickens. From one chicken you may get gray, white, red, or black offspring. We hate to see him go as this breed is friendly, good foragers, and cold hardy.
