1 yr old Silver Dorking not eating and wheezing

I all ready used the deworming medicine in her water and separated her. I was wondering if anyone had any idea what was wrong. In the one year she has been alive, she survived worms once all ready, and also a vicious attack. I don't think she is going to make it through this time. She is losing weight and also her comb fell over and is red, but, very dark almost purple near the edge.

Any ideas?
