Chicken attacked by maybe a dog. Not eating or drinking.

We were on vacation and our back gate somehow came open. We think dog attacked on July 9th. Neighbors helped her some until we got home on the 15th. I assessed and realized she is not eating or drinking on own. She is not fully extending neck all the time. But she can. She has tried to clean herself and will stretch for a second. No interest in any food. Acts like she doesn’t want to open mouth. If I put tip of beak in water she will take some sips. I have also given some syringe water. I haven’t forced beak open very far but I did slightly open with fingers. I tried isolation for a couple days and she seemed very depressed. And it didn’t help. Other chickens don’t bother her at all so I put back in flock. I have Nutri Drench, vitamin B12, and electrolytes. She has several scratches on face and either lost one of her eyes or it’s still swollen shut. Dried blood on nostrils and face but those look better. Back of head has a scratch that is healing. Any other ideas? Somehow she is still alive even though she isn’t eating. Saw some poop and it was yellow and white. I have some pictures and videos
