After all the troubles I had, I have two of my own chicks and two from tractor supply. There were originally six but two brought in colds and died. The rest have been treated medically and are thriving after adding chicken -elixir to their water. It's got oregano oil in it and I'm assuming that may be helping too. The surviving two are crele oegb and the 2 of mine are Mlle fleur d'uccle x golden seabright. I'm hoping they get along as they get older. The ogeb were mislabeled but are very friendly. No more chicks till I have a new incubator and brooder setup as a like the heat they can run under. Looks kind of like a brick. I'm so grateful for this forum, I spend a lot of time on here just reading and learning even after 2 years.

We always like pictures of chicks, if you care to post any... :)
Right notes their favorite activity is hiding under the hut area to keep them from getting too warm and they are little speed demons. I always get a blur 🤣. I'm already expecting a roo because even being the youngest he's quite bold in personality compared to the other chicks. I'm just glad they survived!!

I'm still trying 😊.The little stinkers are figuring out flying. I have two little roos and two pullets. One roo is my seabright cross and the other is the one of two oegb. I wasn't expecting my seabright cross roo as I thought it was a pullet but we've got room for both him and the oegb roo.
