10 month old rooster.. what am I?

hi guys, this is stubs, he is 10 months old and a “free exotic chick” from MM. he has no spurs at all, barely even a nub, and friendly.

I thought he may be an EE but without any spur at all, now I a, wondering? What do you think?

Looks like a beautiful EE rooster to me.
Give him time and those spurs will start to grow. He is young yet.
