10 week chickens losing feathers, normal?

I have 11 chicks that range from 8-12 weeks (most are 10wks) that have started losing feathers. I spend a lot of time with them and have never seen them feather plucking and none have bare spots but there are quite a few feathers on the floor of coop and run. I know which birds some of the feathers are from and have looked under the wings and vent area of those 3 birds and don't see any signs of bugs. Is this normal or should I be doing something? Thanks

Sounds like a normal 'chick molt'.
