10 Week Golden Laced-Cockerel?

Started questioning gender a couple weeks ago when we noticed earlier comb/waddle development than the other golden laced. Their feather coloring is slightly different as well in the neck area.Today while outside we also started seeing green hue in the tail feathers. Assuming cockerel but wanted other opinions.
