10 week old BCM

I have a 10 week old BCM and we are trying to figure out if it’s a rooster. No crowing or anything yet. Its and wattles came in a few weeks ago, but have stopped growing so much. When would saddle feathers start shaping?

Cockerel. Saddle feathers come in around 12 to 14 weeks typically.
