10 week old chick. He or she?

I have 15 chicks that I hatched around at Patrick’s day. It’s pretty easy to tell most of the cockerels but some are more ambiguous. This particular one was smaller than the rest and still is for the most part. It also was tailless for the longest time. Very slow feathering. It came from a brown egg so mama was a RIR. Daddy was Easter egger I know for sure because it has green legs. Only other rooster is a BR.

That was my thinking also. She’s very odd looking. So much so that I call her monster. I’m hoping she turns into a beautiful swan/hen one day.
