It was more the colour I meant was it too early. Its a partridge silkie and can be colour sexed so if male will start getting the red gold on the breast and back. Mine didn't colour up till I think 14-16 weeks I thought.

Oh! There were one or two partridges there that had that kind of coloring actually (her siblings I think). One of them was one of the ones I suspected may be a boy actually I had remembered reading something about that in the silkie sexing thread the night before (I wanted to be as prepared as possible haha!)​
