10 week old Polish Rooster or Hen?

Are the feathers on its head pointy?

Usually, the roosters have more of a punk rock look to their crest (pointy, loose feathers), while the hens have more of a ball-shaped crest, and the feathers aren't loose. Hope that helps!

I would say it's a cockerel, but I'm not sure. Maybe look at pictures online for reference?

I have two crested polish pullets that are 9 weeks old on Sunday.
I believe you have a Cockerel standing proud.
Here is a picture of my Silver Lace Polish pullet for a comparison.
Notice the tail feathers are round, not pointy and when you fan them, they are organized and do not arch upward. She does not have wattles to show yet. Her comb matches her beak tone. Her head dress is up and rounded.
