At this point it looks like a pullet. There are no male sex feathers at all, the comb is small and pale, and even the legs are slender. The only thing that looks male is the expression on this bird's face. That is not a good indicator but maybe it's the reason others think it's a cockerel. I have seen late blooming Ameraucana cockerels on here where they didn't show signs of being male until fully grown, so I can't say it is 100% a pullet but I think there is a strong probability that it is.
