10 week old Silkie/ Cochin hen or roo?

My supposedly hen has been acting very weird. My neighbor's chickens roam close to my coop and run and she has become loud. I have all hens and my neighbor has a lot of roosters. I don't know if she or he is trying to crow with them?

I think that’s a cockerel and not a Cochin or else possibly a mix but def not pure.

I had BO/silkie mixes and this one looks a lot like the hen that came from that clutch. The roosters had much brighter colors, but the hen was more muted and had more of a pouf like yours does.
