Actually, the OP's bird will not look like that. That's a Partridge Rock. The OP's bird is a Barnevelder.

Oh, really? Wow she looks just like mine did; guess I can't tell the difference lol

Oh thats not mine lol, I snagged it online; I don't have any currently; I prefer black and white; I switched to Barred

She's pretty, I kinda miss the laced feathers... Such exquisite patterning for birds ha-ha

Partridge Rocks are penciled, the base color is around the edge of the feather. Barnevelders are laced, the edges of the feathers are black.

Lol when I looked at the picture, it hit me...the black. I was wondering why she looked so dark ha-ha, thank you for clearing that up for me!
