100 or 102 degrees?

Gaz131 - Did I understand you correctly? Did you say that the higher temperatures tend to kill the cockerels? I wonder if there's something to that... Because come to think of it, my neighbor hatched some sex-link eggs, and got about 50/50 ratio on these eggs at 99F. I've hatched these same eggs, at 101F, and gotten a male/female ratio of: 5:13, 8:9, and 2:17! Not to be hard-hearted, but I'd prefer that the cockerels never hatch... I'm going to go research this!!!

yes you did understand me right it does tend to kill the cockerel for some reason they can not take the higher temps producing more pullets, I would be very interested if you find more info on the subject as well pm me if you do plz thank you
