100 or 102??

I have fought with my incubator for the last couple of days and I cannot for the life of me get the temp to settle to 101.5. I have a still air LG incubator. I can get it to 102 and I can get it to 100 but it skips right over 101 so where should I leave it at??

Mine fluctuates between 99 - 101. I leave it alone and it does it's job.
