100 Watt Solar Set-Up for Coop

I do not have to deal with freezing water a lot---just a few days out the year. If I did I would design my water line to my coops where when I turn on the water to water them it does but when I turn it off---the water line completely drains after each use---before it has time to freeze.

We secured two 55 gallon galvanized, food-grade drums today to serve as the meat of our water storage system. I've been researching low wattage immersion heaters. Anyone have any recommendations? Again, we only need to keep the water just above freezing.
