I just brought home 23 10 week old pullets. They are fully feathered, it is around 30 at night here. The coop is draft proof, but no heat. I thought they would be okay and now im freaking out that they will be cold. There is straw and pine bedding in with them and they can snuggle. Do I need to go put some heat on them?

They will be absolutely fine! One time I had some chicks that were about 9 weeks old and when I went to lock them all up in the coop at night, apparently one of them had not gone into the coop and it was too dark for me to notice. First thing next morning I see this little chick sitting by itself in the corner of the vegie garden. The temp that night went down to about 15 degrees and this little guy not only survived by himself out in the open all night long, but didn't even seem to mind! (I've been really careful not to let that happen again, but was really amazed at how resilient they are).

My broody hatched 7 chicks on Dec 4th. We have had -30c temperatures with less than perfect conditions and still have 7 chicks out in the shed. I think you should be fine as long as there are other hens in there to hold the heat
