Well, it's got a bit of roof overhang, hopefully the soffit area is, or can be, open to the outside. That's the best place to ventilate in your climate.

Thanks aart. if the soffit area is open should i just line with hardware cloth?
I put the HC on the outside, but yeah, you can fill the gaps from the inside.
Get pics, inside and out, once you get the shed.

Will this be too drafty in the winter?
Shouldn't be, as long as you don't put the roosts too high.
Here's my tips about heights:

There are ways to baffle eave drafts, if necessary:

Pictures?
I just moved the doors on my shed to where I wanted them and added another for my access.
Started with this 8'x16' shed.

Centered the doors and cut them down to clear the new extended roof line:

I used the front 4' for a "chicken free zone" that houses some supplies, the nest boxes and the brooder/maternity ward:

The rest of the space is for the chickens. I ended up with "U" shaped poop boards with the roost centered over them.

You could do a similar layout with your shed.
Is that one large undivided nest box? Looks like its working well with all those eggs :) I'm thinking of doing that as my hens fight over the same nest box now. I am going to show my hubs your pics of roosts and poo shelf-exactly what I want to do inside my shed coop! Thanks for sharing!

Is that one large undivided nest box?
Not any more. I installed dividers when snotty dominant birds would run off the others when they were laying. Now when they want to be snotty they have to march along the perch in front of the boxes and peck them out. It's not as easy so the lower ranking girls have more peace that way.
