11 Chickens - 2 eggs a day ?

Just had to chime in...I've got 8 layers possibly a new 9th one in the last few days... we were getting 2 or 3 eggs a day and some days none. I started giving my girls a half a head of cabbage a day or a butternut squash a day as a treat and some BOSS seed and within the last week I've gotten 3 dozen eggs total. About 5 eggs per day. It has been extra sunny and a little warmer here recently and possibly that's helping too. IDK but I'm liking it!!! Maybe the extra treats help?
