From what I've read Minorca's are typically good natured. They do mature much faster than most breeds the roo's can start crowing at 4 1/2 weeks. That should be fun since they will still be in the house at that age. I ordered a roo and two hen's so i knew one was a roo that makes it a little easier to identify the roo.

We had a Turken rooster that was horribly mean. He was sweet when he was young though. Our Turken females were very gentle. A light Brahma rooster that was totally friendly from day one. A Blue Andulasion, that I couldn't wait to cook. My all time fave was a Partridge Rock, named Rocky that we all loved. I have a BRown Leghorn rooster right now, that I am spending a lot of time with.
